Before your arrival at the hotel, to speed up the procedures of check-inplease do so directly onlineby sending us a photo of the documents between email o Whatsapp. 

In all common areas you will find dispensers with sanitizer alcohol-based, so you can sanitize your hands whenever you want. In addition, there are signs who will help you comply with the rules during your stay. 

All common areas will be sanitized frequently and our staff is well informed about the regulations to be followed. 

As usual, we pay a lot of attention to the cleaning of the rooms. This year, in addition to the normal cleaning, the rooms will be sanitized and hygienized at every change of host and thoroughly cleaned every day.

In the restaurant you will find tables well spaced each other and will be sanitised at each change of host.
At lunch and dinner the dishes will be served directly at the tableInstead, the breakfast buffet and the vegetable and hors d'oeuvres buffet will be properly protected by special panelsto ensure maximum hygiene.

You can also relax safely in the pool. All sunbeds will be well spaced e sanitized frequently. 

The deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations after this date due to Covid (with certification) you will receive a voucher to be used for another holiday with us before September 2023.
